You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from ONIT.
Any user-generated content submitted to ONIT (e.g., artwork, designs, specifications) remains your property, but by submitting it, you grant ONIT a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Limitation of Liability

ONIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Installation services are performed with professional care; however, ONIT is not responsible for damage to surfaces or property resulting from pre-existing conditions or improper substrate preparation.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information such as name, email, phone number, and business details to process quotes and fulfill services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to deliver services (e.g., payment processors, installers).
We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Cookies may be used to improve user experience and track website analytics.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final once production begins. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of quote approval to avoid charges. If a project is delayed or canceled due to client-side issues (e.g., access restrictions, artwork errors), ONIT reserves the right to charge for time and materials incurred. Refunds may be issued at ONIT’s discretion for services not rendered due to our error.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

ONIT reserves the right to update these terms and policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
